Penzance Point, located in the village of Woods Hole, is one of Cape Cod's most private waterfront enclaves. Established at the beginning of the 20th century this beautiful peninsula has retained its magical appeal and few homes are available for rental. A short walk to the vibrant village of Woods Hole, home to world-class marine research institutions, an active art, music, and film scene, as well as a wide range of restaurants and shops. There are four full bathrooms - one of them has a shower instead of a bath. There are 6 bedrooms, all have twin size beds. Both primary bedrooms have the option of putting two twins together and creating a king size bed and have ample closet space, and a full bathroom with shower. Beds can be separated or moved together. The 3 downstairs bedrooms are equipped with a twin size bed, closet and dresser each. The fourth downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a tub, as well as a clothing hanging area and dresser.
**For avid gardeners: There is a rose, flower, and herb garden and its use is encouraged. Professional landscaper cares for beech tree alley, Japanese pine trees, paths, day lilies, and lawns.
